• Maintain your flexibility through stretching – The spinal column and its contiguous muscles, ligaments, and tendons are all designed to move, and limitations in this motion can make back pain worse.
• Low impact aerobic exercise – Aerobic exercise increases the flow of blood and nutrients to back structures which supports healing.
